Requesting a refund

Though it will probably never come to it, it’s good to know that requesting a refund with us is easy. We believe a strong money back guarantee should come with a simple return policy.

So, here’s ours…

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with our product, you have two options:

• Either just request a different strength formula (stronger or milder) and we’ll just send it to you at no charge. Remember, you can still ask for a refund after trying the new strength formula.
• Or just send back your bottles for a full refund. You don’t even need to call us or email us. No permissions or return authorizations needed. Simply mail the bottles to 99 Wall Street #4433, New York, NY 10005 and include your order receipt. Your refund will be processed within 24 hours of receiving the bottles. We’ll even email you to let you know that we’ve received your package and your refund has been processed.

The reason we keep our return policy so clear and easy is because our return rates are less than 1 in 200 customers. Even those small returns are often customers who never took advantage of our switch free to a different strength offer.

That’s over a 99% overall customer satisfaction rate.
