The milder you go, the gentler the therapy on your skin. The stronger you go, the tougher the therapy on your Fordyce spots but the chances of skin irritation are also higher.

The original strength has the perfect balance of strength to safety and should be your first place to start. You probably won’t need any other strengths because the original strength works for over 90% of people.

You can start with any strength formula, however there are two very big reasons to start with the original strength.

First, starting with a stronger formula than the original strength can actually slow down your results due to skin irritation.

Secondly, if you start with the original strength and need a different version of the therapy, all you need to do is request it and we’ll send it to you at no cost. However, if you start with a higher strength formula, you would have to pay to switch to a different strength.

Your package will arrive with 2 bottles – a Day Gel and a Night Gel. Simply apply a very thin layer of the Day Gel in the morning and the Night Gel at night. That’s it, the therapy does the rest.
